Step 1: Set your gig rate in USDC. This is the minimum rate you're willing to take for a gig.

Step 2: Add skills to your profile. Rank them and give each skill a rating depending on how good you are at it.

Step 3: Update your portfolio with details, images and/or videos to showcase your work experience.

USDC is a stablecoin designed to stay the same as the US dollar. For every USDC token in circulation, there is one US dollar or equivalent cash asset held in reserve by regulated institutions, ensuring that 1 USDC always equals 1 USD

You can basically think of it as a virtual dollar that allows you to make dollar tranasctions without needing to have a dollar account. All you need is your Maestroverse User or Project Wallet. With USDC you can seamlessly pay and get paid fast regardless of where you are.

We have an alternate flow for this. Simply ask them to setup their profile and share their Creator ID with you. After that:

Step 1: Go to the Requests tab and use the Invite Creator Button. This sends an automatic collaboration request

Step 2: Once the request is accepted, you can create a contract with milestones and submit for approval

Step 3: After the contract is approved, onboard them on your project

File upload is only allowed when the project owner has at least one person actively hired. Onboard at least one person on a project and you will have access to the 50GB storage shared across all your projects.

P.S. If the talent you hired has completed their final milestone, uploads will be disabled for that project but you will still be able to access all files and also delete.

We kept a detailed list directly on the app. Navigate to Role Matrix tab under Project overview.

In summary, the manager role is best when you need help managing large amount of contributors on your project. The manager can send collaboration requests and create contracts on behalf of the project. If you don't need any of that, onboard talent with the contributor role.

P.S. Onboarding and all money related actions can only be carried out by you the owner. Also, you can always change the role of a user on your project.

Your contract contains all the details. The total value of your contract is the sum of the amount for each milestone in the contract.

To get paid, simply click the "raise milestone completion request" button for the milestone you have completed work on and once approved by the project owner you will get the funds for that milestone direclty in your user wallet

You share one project wallet for all projects you create. For you to onboard talent on one of your projects, you need to allocate funds to that project. We have the following fields on the billing tab:

Unallocated Balance. This is the total balance in your project wallet that has not been allocated to any project.

Project Available Balance. That determines what that project has availble for hiring.

Escrow Balance. This shows the money allocated to all the collaborators you have on your project. When you approve a milestone completion request, money is taken from here and sent to the collaborator.
